People have a tendency of getting into ruts. This happens for a few reasons. The first is FEAR. All too often people are scared of the unknown. The are scared that if they try something knew, that they might fail. The second thing holding people back is COMFORT. You might be asking yourself why being comfortable is a bad thing. It is because people become comfortable at a point that they are not HAPPY with. They settle. They want more, but are scared that if they go after it, they might end up giving up what they have.
