When it comes to fitness programs, Team Beachbody is the clear winner.  They have fitness programs for everyone, while Body By Vi is strictly geared toward weight loss.  If you are looking to lose weight, tone, build muscle, or improve athletic performance, Team Beachbody has a program for you.

When it comes to nutrition, many people are trying to promote Body By Vi as having the more affordable shake option that Beachbody.  I can not deny that, Body By Vi does charge you less, but for a product that is clearly inferior.  Shakeology is created from only the highest quality ingredients, and scores a 24 on the glycemic index.  Body By Vi can not make that claim.
